Otto began screen printing on a Masters degree course at Kingston University in 1996. He has been printing at Open access workshops like Spike Print, Bristol and East London Printmakers.
In 2011 Otto set up Marshfield Print Studio near Bath. It is an Open Access screen printing workshop.
Otto prints artist books and editioned prints.
